John Byun received his BM in Vocal Performance from UC Irvine and his Masters in Choral Conducting from CSU Long Beach. This is his sixth year at RCC and previously spent ten years at Murrieta Valley HS. Mr. Byun has guest conducted the SCVA Men’s Honor Choir, Central California Women’s Honor Choir, and Irvine, Capistrano, and Long Beach District Honor Choirs. Mr. Byun is also the artistic director for the Temecula Valley Master Chorale. He has sung with the Pacific Chorale, Opera Pacific Chorus, and Long Beach Opera Chorus.
